Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return & Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Product Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in new condition, and with all original packaging intact. If the product has been used or damaged, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.

  • Pet Supplies Restrictions: Certain items, such as opened food or medications, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Please refer to the product page for specific details on restricted items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and confirm if your return or exchange qualifies under our policy. If your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where to send the returned item.

  3. Return Shipping: Please return the item(s) to the address provided, along with the original packaging, receipt, and any included accessories. We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) to ensure the item arrives safely.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If your order was paid using multiple payment methods, the refund may be split between them.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange. We will arrange for a replacement, depending on the availability of stock.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to purchase the new item separately and return the original item according to our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return or exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging.

  • Sale items or special orders, including personalized pet tags and customized products.

  • Opened pet food, treats, medications, or other hygiene-related products.
