  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping using trusted third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure timely delivery.

    • Domestic (U.S.): Orders are expected to arrive within 7–10 business days.

    • International: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services. Please note that international shipments may take longer than domestic orders.

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates, and unexpected delays such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility for Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $59.99 USD to all regions, excluding countries under international sanctions.

  • Shipping Fee for Orders Under $59.99: For orders under $59.99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply to all destinations worldwide.

International Shipping & Delivery

  • Global Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries, excluding those under international sanctions.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

  • Restricted Areas: We cannot ship to countries under sanctions or embargoes. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your country, feel free to contact us.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments

  • Separate Shipments: If your order includes items from different warehouses or product categories, we may ship them separately to expedite delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address or changing an item), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations: Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled upon request. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up from the carrier, we will notify you. You can request a re-shipment, but additional shipping fees will apply.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, please note that Rmilky is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
